Maverick Gaming Acquires All-Star Rain & Casino In Washington

Maverick Gaming, a local casino operator, announced yesterday that it has acquired All Star Lane & Casino in Silverdale, Washington. All Star is a local entertainment center that offers table games, poker, 40 bowling lanes, arcades, restaurants, drive-thru espresso, and full-service dining. Founded in 1985, All Star is a major employer in Kitsap County and will employ more than 150 people.
Headquartered in Kirkland, Washington, Maverick Gaming has acquired numerous unique brands and properties in Nevada, Colorado, and Washington. The integration of the properties demonstrates Maverick Gaming's investment in the community, including its long-term commitment as a community partner through Maverick Care, an employee-led charity.

All-Star will be fully integrated into Maverick Gaming's strict problem gambling policy implementation, which will be the first in the state to include an enterprise-wide self-exclusion program from Washington properties. With this All-Star acquisition, Maverick Gaming will own and operate 23 neighborhood card rooms in the state of Washington.
